I threw out my lower back doing basic home organization (hooray, the perks of aging) and was desperate for relief. In the past, I visited a chiropractor office in Friendship Heights, but their quality of service has gone down the drain, so I searched for an office closer to where I live in the Rockville/Silver Spring area. Yelp did not lead me astray - Choi & Koh was highly recommended, and they live up to the hype! Dr. Choi has been a life-saver in my time of extreme pain and discomfort. He took his time to exam me, ask lots of questions, and doesn't rush through the session. He is very intentional and methodical in his treatment, and after seeing him three times this week, my back feels much better.
I was always a bit nervous about seeing a chiropractor but I finally decided to find one for a reoccurring headache that had no other solution. My friend recommended Dr. Choi and I am so glad she did. On my first visit I had one of my headaches and about half way through it was gone! Dr. Choi took an xray of my neck and took his time explaining what he saw and the treatment paths. The treatment includes various ultrasound and electro-therapy treatments, as well as this awesome thing that stretches my neck. Never does it include cracking my neck or back, which was always the reason I was apprehensive about chiropractors. Now I look forward to my appointments, and leave there relaxed and feeling better.
Incredible care and service! Dr. Choi gives quick and amazing results every session. I recently visited Dr. Choi for the first time for neck/shoulder pain I've had for 1+ years. During my first visit, he took an X-ray of my neck and gave me a comprehensive explanation of the results. Then, he used a variety of treatments which significantly improved my neck/shoulder pain every single visit. I've seen Dr. Choi for 3 sessions now and the pain in that area is almost virtually gone.
